"A very expensive brand new building should not leak every time it rains. My biggest issue is that the crew who built our building did such a poor job that we were told our building would be the last they did for Trinity. That’s really comforting, LOL. They sent someone else to fix what they could but now it leaks. No discount on unfixable issues. And there was definitely some shady pricing going on but that’s a whole other story requiring emails and texts. Get everything in writing!"

"I know the new management both professionally and personally. They will go out of their way to do a professional quality job. You will not go wrong giving them a call for a quote. By the way, 886-9078 is the Correct phone number. Not sure how Google got the number wrong but it guess it happens."

"Called to get a quote several times and couldn't get an answer. When I did get through to someone he told me he didn't have time to talk because he was dealing with lawyers and would call back. I never received my call back. I tried one more time to reach them and decided a different company would be best."

"These people will not return phone calls or emails !!! We will hire someone else to build a house. Terrible customer service!! So disappointed clearly everyone doesn’t matter to this company.My husband owns his business but always answers his phone to customers , when busy calls them back , including after hours. If it’s a big or small job that needs to be done, he treats everyone with the same respect & dignity ."
