"If I could give a zero I would. When Tony came to give me an estimate, his mind was someplace else. Took a call from his aunt during our time. Should have picked up on it then. I needed repairs done to my deck. His crew shows up but Tony is in Guatemala on a mission trip. So I trusted his crew. I kept sending Tony pictures about the shoddy work. So I've had to get new steps rebuilt that I paid him for. They cut out the middle of my deck and used nail gun but they had not installed wood to hold the deck floor in place. So now the boards they replaced are curling up from the heat. Tony never came by and inspected the work. And charged me $500 more than the estimate. He may be a good Christian man but a sorry businessman. No way to run a business. I've kept my mouth shut for several years but I get mad every time I go on my deck. I feel taken advantage of. Heads up to anyone wanting to use this business."
