Changed rating since the mayor of this city has removed a 100 plus year old historical monument. So sad that these people today who have contributed so little are tearing down monuments to people who died defending their homes ."
"This is a nice park to have lunch in. The town takes pride in this park. There is a statue of a Confederate soldier at the west end. Not of some general or leader but of a local family man at the time. The fountain at the center is planted nicely and kept up. This park is a local pride. I visited on a very quiet Sunday morning and enjoyed the solitude. Thanks"
