My quote was exactly the price I paid July 2024. Change. They were to have fixed oil leak. Transmission and head gasket. Their repairs lasted 7 months. Per another garage. The fixes were temporary. No new gasket. Caulking like substance used on Transmission. Damage done"

"I wish that I could give 0 stars. I have a 2000 Z3 BMW that needed a Mass Flow Air Sensor. After reviewing a video on U-Tube, I could of done this work myself. Yes, it's that easy. The part along with the hoses, was around 350.00. My bill was $720.00. Really? They also felt inclined to change my oil, without my authorization . This car has been a nightmare for me. I've spent a little over $5,000.00 trying to fix this vehicle. I won't name the other shops that fully took advantage of me. Needless to say, I got about 5 miles up the road, and the EML light came back on, and my car started pulling back again. Oh no, here we go again. I turned around and made it back to the shop, only to be told that I needed a new Throttle Body, which was gonna cost around $1500.00.My heart sank. I just paid them $720.00 , and my little car was STILL not fixed. I had to get it towed home. The next day, a guy that lives in my neighborhood, fixed it with a $10.00 bottle of Throttle Body Spray!! It now runs like a top. These people knew exactly what I'd been through. I'd already dumped so much money into getting it fixed, it seemed a shame to give up now. Knowing my desperation, they fully took advantage of me, just as all the others had! Shop around. Find someone else. I could have taken it to the BMW Dealership and paid less. BEWARE!!! Highway robbery."
