"It is a nice hotel. As with most hotels, there are a few things that could be fixed. There is a locked door to get in after hours, except it is never locked. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the beds are quite comfortable, but not a fan of the pillows."

"This hotel gets two stars ONLY because of the front desk staff, they were fantastic, and very kind, and do not deserve to work at a hotel this bad. When we first got in, we walked into our room, and walked right back out because it smelled so musty. Our second room wasn't good either, but we stayed in it to not risk a worse one. The trim was peeling off the wall in places, a light was out, the bathroom door locked itself and we had to get help with it twice, there was standing water by the shower which had black spots of accumulated dead skin, we found a small cockroach, breakfast was awful, and the shower curtain rod was only a tension one, and when my wife went to go take a shower and moved the curtains, it fell and hit her on the head. The room was also dusty, and had a slight smell to it. I wouldn't recommend staying here, and i would recommend the staff to work at a different hotel where they don't have to deal with that crap. I saw at least one other person complaining too."

"There are four car chargers at the front of the hotel and they work. Two are Tesla plugs and two more are J1772 setups. Tested both Tesla ones and got to the 48A max with no problems. Parking right out front to boot. Supervisor Tiva and the check-in staff were great in helping with getting a room so my wife's allergies were not triggered. Thank you so much!"

"This hotel was amazing! My family and I was there during Brunswick college graduation. The hotel was very clean. It was more spacious than I expected. The customer service and Continental breakfast were great! I really enjoyed myself staying there! I didn’t get a chance to check out the pool but I would definitely recommend rooming here!"

"They called and CANCELED our room 10 minutes before arrival after driving almost 7 hours and arriving at 12am. Even though we booked a month prior and it was already PAID for. We told her that we wanted a refund and she hung up the phone after saying they had no more rooms available. We still came to the hotel to sort out the refund and it just so happened they had the same style room we booked open back up after the hotel was “sold out”. The outside of the hotel was outstanding compared to the inside. My family NEVER complains about hotels, but the pull out bed had stains on the cushions. The halls along with the lobby looked like they haven’t been vacuumed for quite sometime. The outside of the door going into the room was nothing but dirt. The beds also had black hair all over them. The corners of the shower were filthy along with mold forming on the sides of the shower there wasn’t even a point of taking a shower here just to get dirty. Overall this might be one of the worst hotels I’ve been too cleanliness wise. Location felt safe and outside of the hotel was well presented."
