"Review of the Fields BMW dealer in Daytona Beach. Horrible customer service. Bought my 2023 X4 a couple of years ago and the sales service and the first service went great. Took it in for the 20k service, tires, and a jammed seals belt and it all went downhill. Went in the morning and after a few hours they said they wouldn’t have it ready in time for my conference call in the afternoon. Gave me an Uber home and back saying it shouldn’t take that much longer. The called later in the afternoon saying the part had to be ordered and they didn’t have any loaner cars left today. Called the next day and they said they had no cars to loan and if I wanted a car to get myself to the hertz and get a car under $40, because that is all BMW would reimburse them. Told them to cover the extra 2 dollars and change a day to get a small suv and they said no. Asked to let me borrow one of the demo models and they said those are for sales customers only. I finally said I’ll find someone else’s car to borrow for a couple of days and to take off the $120 cost of the rental I did not get off of the cost of the tires. Told me in a very rude way that this wasn’t a negotiation and it’s take it or leave it. He finally agreed to $50 off. When the car got done the service manager and him were all out, finally got a call back and he had an attitude also. He finally calmed down a bit and agreed to refund the extra $70 as long as I gave them a good review. It’s been a few weeks and still nothing. Will never do business with any fields dealer again. I am seriously considering trading the car and getting a different brand from a different dealer group for the way I was treated. I have never been treated this way by any other dealer or brand. This experience does not represent the “ Ultimate Driving Machine”"
"BEWARE! This is my first and last BMW purchase. I have always admired the BMW models for as long as I can remember.. until the day I was ready to make this monumental purchase. I had this car for a total of 2 months before I saw my life flash before my eyes. On February 29th, I was driving my car like I normally do to work, and when I went to break at a red light, my breaks were literally locked in place and would not work. The break pedal was locked upright and the car did not allow me to push down on the break pedal. How frightening is that!!? I have no idea how I made it to work in one piece, as I was several blocks away but miraculously did. When I called BMW right away they came out and towed my car to the service dealership and gave me a loaner. Mind you my car is brand new and when they called me for maintenance they told me they would need to change parts and it would be about $3,000 worth of work. 6 days after that they gave me the car back and I subsequently received an email message that said : Drive carefully. Fault.” That was the second time I received that message. The next day I received a call from BMW in coconut creek notifying me that there was a recall on the 5 series and I need to bring the car in URGENTLY. I brought the car BACK in, and this time my car was at BMW for another 5 days. The service associate stared there is no recall in which I shared the VM from BMW. He still said I was misinformed? It’s unclear how they continued to be in denial even though I was contacted to come in. I have tried repeatedly to call and email the Executive Customer Care rep Logan of BMW of North America. I have yet to receive a response to this urgent matter. I think this is completely unacceptable and has diminished the credibility and my respect for this company. This is not a way to treat any customer, especially a brand new one that spent an enormous amount on her first BMW. How do I ensure this won’t happen again? Is there a true recall on this series? What is happening!? I need answers to these very important questions. Beyond shameful I must say.. way to make this the first and last time I purchase from you!"
"What’s the point in having a phone number if it goes straight to voicemail every time and then no one calls back when you leave a voicemail. Amazing!"
"Called about M2. Incredibly quick and helpful. Would recommend if you needed information about a vehicle that just arrived."
"This is a Distribution Center that sends cars to Dealerships. I called this Brunswick center regarding my M2 and they gave me more info than Customer Service, Dealership, FB, Forums etc combined. Very happy with their friendly attitude, and professionalism."
