"I seen a couple reviews talking about how it's overgrown or trashy and dead animals everywhere.... I can 100% assure you that none of that is true, the place is very well maintained with weekly mowing and daily trash clean up! Also, no, there hasn't been a dog or cat laying in the road dead... EVER! I live in the park and I'll say this, the property manager is a nice guy just following orders from corporate, maintenance is a bit of an A-hole but he gets the job done in a timely manner and efficiently and the whole "water gets shut off too often" that's because the park was built in 1972. So yes, the waterlines are very old, they have to be repaired as they bust, simple as that. Great place, great pricing and great people running the place!"

"I'm not sure about the prices, I know the are kinda high. But it's high everywhere now a days. But the homes are very close together and very crowded. And the lawns are cluttered and need maintenance. And they can't keep a manager for some resson."
"Awful place. It's so overgrown and unkempt. Mold, vines, trash etc liters the homes and road. Occasionally you'll even see dead pets like a dog on the side with flies all over it. The people are so loud and obnoxious too. It's not the place as much the people here who can't keep it clean and calm"
"The place seems all right as long as you don't mind all the loud music on the weekends. And if you have anything to do with the manager make sure you get it in writing."
