"We were shocked at how peaceful this commissary is. Why? Go shop at NAS JAX Commissary and you'll encounter an insane asylum with a massive crowd and folks running you over as they fight over the last can of discounted tuna...or beans or whatever. Then go to Kings Bay. The difference will be immediately obvious. Commissary prices cannot be beat. This commissary is relatively clean, and well stocked. Most importantly, it's not overrun by maniacs looking to run you over leaving grocery cart tracks on your back. I'm not a great decision maker, but privileges like the commissary make me super happy I swore the oath...45 years ago. If you happen to have the privilege of shopping at the Kings Bay, Georgia commissary, please help us keep it mellow."

"I've been going to this Commissary since 1991, and worked here for a year or 2. I believe this location needs SERIOUSLY deep cleaning. Some items have been expired. The isle signs need to be at the end of the rows not in the middle. Seems when I shop there are 1 maybe 2 cashiers. So needless to say, there should be at least 3 cashiers at peak time. I say..the Commissary is very outdated and dirty."
