"Edit: changed review from a 5 to a 1 (06/25/24). Called shop after needing support on a tire. The owner returned my call and was nothing short of condescending. Started the call by asking “did you run over something?” and proceeded to repeatedly ask me “what I wanted him to do about it?” when I was soliciting for information not requesting a fix for my issue. The owner questioned my geography and why I wouldn’t be back in the area, and after explaining the situation to him he again said “what do you want me to do about it?” The options he offered consisted of me driving 3.5 hours back to him, on unsafe tires, to see if they qualified for a warranty, since I “bought such a cheaper tire.” And people wonder why women avoid men in auto/tire shops. Great service during an incredible moment of need. They found the tires I needed and got me back on the road quickly! Thoughtful mechanic walked me through my repairs and was very kind!"
