"I am using exclusively Jiffy Lube at this particular location for almost three years for my two cars. Last month I've got usual oil change and after such visit at Jiffy Lube I start noticing oil stains under my car. Long story short - mechanics at auto shop discover that drain plug is leaking due to its spinning inside drain hole because it has metal chips wrapped around drain plug thread and drain thread is shaved (you can see last three is still there to compare how it should look). I keep hoping that putting new (bigger thread) will solve the issue and I don't have to buy and replace oil pan. I definitely consider to visit JL and discuss possible restitution because of it. Other than that I have no issues with JL and planning to use their service if they help me to solve this problem. Update: oil pan were replaced by Jiffy Lube team. Thank you."
"63$ for an oil change I brought my own oil and filter to. $50 for labor, $13 for “parts” … all I got was an oil change and my coolant topped off & I was informed the coolant would be $4 and some change. So I’m not sure where the “parts” come in, regardless $63 after bringing my own oil and filter is nonsense."

"Awful!! Run from if you value your vehicle. Oil filter was left loose. Oil ran out and grease rag left in engine. Tire pressure was not checked but indicated they did. What a mess I have oil all over my garage. Sorry."
