"This hotel is in ROUGH shape. The place is clearly under funded and in desperate need of some revamping. There are catch cans everywhere in the breakfast area because when it rains the bottom floor leaks like crazy (pictures attached). They literally have a sheet of plastic catching the water with catch cans under the plastic to catch the water. The urinal is broke downstairs. The buttons on the second floor for the elevator are broke and don’t work (they are literally hanging out from the wall). The automatic pancake maker was broke for the majority of my stay. The hot plate in my room was broken. The trash can outside was taped closed because of the raccoons yet they feeding them daily (my class mates and I watched them do this). The service was good and the location is not bad as it is very close to the PX and commissary with plenty of food places. The gym is also very close. * my stay was weeks before hurricane Debbie so that reply you is irrelevant and invalid"
"We stayed here to attend Riley Green concert. Wonderful service from staff at check in & again when we went to get late night snacks! Room was smaller but had everything we needed! Bed was comfy. Pillows were incredible!"
"We're currently staying here I'm not one to complain the pictures online make it look great we get into the room, they said we will have a 2 queen bed room with a kitchen and full bathroom, we walk in and it's like a double twin bed. You can't even use the kitchen unless you brought your own cooking utensils. The shower is completely mildew mold looking and the ceiling is popping out and handing down, the toilet just runs water constantly, the bathroom door doesn't even shut never mind locks. Definitely looks like an old run down barracks room that wasn't suitable enough for soilders to live so they made it a hotel. Cherry on the cake, when we called to book the room they said they wouldn't be charging us for the stay because we're waiting for our house and when we got here they told us we have to pay 101 they will change us after every 8 days and that'll be 980 something with all the taxes. But this room shouldn't even be over $50 a night."
"Somebody tell this doesn't look like a bed bug? Front desk told me that looks like a spider doesn't look like spider to me. Im going to start saying this hotel have great location when it comes to stressful moments like pcs. But let me tell you my experience I check in my AC had a leak thats I had to call twice to get it fixed after fixed still leaking. Stove was not working. I have a service dog and I receive a message saying thats I was going to get charged a fee because they found puppy food and puppy dogs can’t be service animals. My dog is 8 months and to be a service dog needs to be 6 months. Having puppy food is not a reliable reason just to charge the fee just reliable. Also they want charged me because we had an accident on the bed sheets. It was not a animal accident. I worked at Hotels before a I join the army for 4 years I was a housekeeping and supervisor. Never seen something like this charging because accidents on bed sheets. Also housekeeping doesn't work weekends. They come two times a week. First time I seen something like this too. To get new towels you need go front desk. They don’t bring it to the room. In my opinion to expensive for all this inconveniences."
"Me and my husband recently moved to Fort Stewart. Scheduling lodging was super easy and all the staff is super kind and helpful. We even brought our pets with us and were accommodated. They have breakfast every morning from 6-9 and the rooms are spacious (we got a 2 bedroom which is the standard). For anything you need the staff is helpful and there is even a laundry room available to guests. There is a playground for kids and a pet area. Definitely a good spot when you are looking for housing/ PCSing to Fort Stewart!"
