"I took my 4 Grandkids to this establishment for my Grandsons 5th Birthday. I never been there and I bought Tickets online, for same day. There was only 1 Option to check to purchase 90 min for $20 per child. Upon arrival I was told that only 1/2 of the facilities could be used since they had Gymnastic lessons going on. She mentioned I should been able to click on that Option online, which was not the case that day. The Front room was cooler temperature, so I didnt think of anything what I was about to experience. I entered a Huge area where the Trampolines (only Three in total, 1 with Basketball Hoops, 2 just to jump) We were the ONLY ones at those Trampolines and I am glad, cause it would be way to crowded for more kids to jump all at once. My Granddaughter slipped twice on the covers of the springs and fell with her whole leg through the springs. The cover ups are not secured down, they shift a bit when walked on. (I didnt brought it to the attention to the Staff at that time cause they were occupied). It was EXTREMELY HOT and HUMID inside this building, which I guess is a Old Warehouse. There are several bigger fans blowing air, but that was not enough to be comfortable. My 2 older grandkids gave up after 20 minutes, soaked in sweat and red heads. Myself I was sweating profoundly within 5 min just sitting there. The 2 younger kids run around with red heads and sweating very much, they also lost very fast the excitement doing anything cause it was so hot in there. How the 20+ Gymnastic girls don't pass out from that heat inside I have No Idea. This was not a pleasant experience. I was offered 2 free tickets cause I was overcharged in the beginning. I went to the front desk and said there is no way I come back and sit in that hot room and the kids didn't get the use out of 90 min cause they sat more down from over heating then anything else. We only stayed cause I paid already. I was not offered reimbursement but 2 free cards (I paid for 4) and I demanded to get 1/2 of my money back since I could use only 1/2 of the Equipment. I was credit $40 back. They were friendly about. I guess if it wouldn't be so hot in there, my kids could used the 3 Trampolines more."
"I brought my 5 y.o. grandson yesterday. He had a blast! It was not crowded, so he could try anything he wanted to and not have to wait on line. Thank you for bringing a fun place for kids to Liberty County. I have lived in Hinesville for 26 years. I wish there was something like this when my children were growing up."
"I’ve loved bringing my daughter here for the past two years, and have always loved the staff during toddler time because they have always been so sweet and have even worked with her on her tumbling, but it’s made me really sad that after being away from town for a few months and coming back their rules have gotten so strict and the staff just seem so much less enjoyable. I understand the issue with someone bringing alcohol into the facility which is a big issue, but I also have a hard time accepting that we can’t bring water into the facility for our toddlers during toddler time when it’s so hot and they are working out so hard. I’ve bought the water at the front, but I’ll be honest it’s just frustrating that now not only have their prices gone up for toddler time but we also have to spend more money to keep our kids hydrated. I wish a better system would be implemented, maybe a water fountain or something would be nice. My daughter loves coming so we’ll keep coming while we’re in town, but I hope they can figure some stuff out cause it seems like the environment has gone down a bit."
"My kids and I love this place!! The workers were so nice to my 3 year old ! When we went there weren’t very many kids for my kid to play with, but the workers made it worth while!! They played dodge ball and tag with her! We also got pizza while we were there and it was the best pizza I’ve ever had!! Tasted homemade! I absolutely love this place and I will forever be recommending this to everyone!!"
