"I was towing our camper down I-95 in South Georgia in mid-June, and the turbo intercooler hose blew out on my truck. It was a Saturday afternoon and 97 degrees. We limped to a Ford dealership, but their service department was closed. My wife, 3 kids, dog, and I were stuck behind a Ford dealership's service department in extreme heat. After Googling for roadside diesel repair, I called MANY companies who were unwilling to help. They were all either too busy or would not work on diesel pickup trucks. I was giving up hope that we would be back on the road until Monday when I finally made it down in the list to Road Ready Fleet Services. Kenny was fantastic! He went the extra mile to find a Ford service department that was open on a Saturday afternoon, drove over to get the part, and sent me pictures to compare to make sure it was the correct part. While he was driving the hour or so to get to my location, he sent his mechanic, Jesse, over. Once Kenny arrived with the new hose, Jesse was able to quickly perform the repair and get us going again. After the repair, Kenny even followed me on the interstate for a few exits to make sure everything was working ok. These guys really went above and beyond when no one else was willing to help. I could not ask for nicer guys who were willing to help us out at a reasonable price. If I had to guess, Ford would have charged me more, and I would have had to wait several days for them to get to the truck. I highly recommend this company to anyone with an issue in the area. Save your time and skip the other guys. In my opinion, you can't do any better than Road Ready Fleet Services."
