I had cash in my hand, and I was standing by the register, you were standing there doing nothing, because you had just finished helping a customer previously. Nobody was behind me, and there were other people working in the store. I said, can I pay for this? And you turned around and pointed at the self check out. Already knowing that I wasn't holding what I really wanted. Needless to say I left it on the counter. Very disappointed by such poor customer service."
