"I reviewed earlier but didn't add the infestation of roaches, red ants and fleas that they won't do anything about. You can see the fleas jumping on you just walking in the grass. And I got a nasty message from them because they didn't like my first review. It hasn't gotten any better since then and I will NEVER go back there for any reason. They let me pay all kinds of money to move in for our of state, but NEVER mentioned that the place was full of roaches. Pics below are of roach egg casings we found when we moved in and of roach excrement all over... everything."

"Mrs. Shelby and the entire staff and maintenance have been very helpful since we got here and they work with you on your rent if it’s late as long as you communicate or are not to far behind in payments. I have never had any issues or problems with the area. Neighbors are very friendly and it reminds me of the old time Communities where I can send my kids outside and someone is always there to watch over them.
