"My step mother and I came to this park and took a few pictures."
"I loved this place and realized how important it is to the preservation of our own American history. Confederate Soldiers Memorial Park by Waynesville Historical Society (see Facebook) The park is open 10:00AM - 2:00PM Wednesdays and Saturdays and offers a Confederate Soldiers Cemetery, Confederate Soldiers Wall, Park and the Mumford [Research] Library. Visit Facebook to keep up with current activities related to monument rescue operations, volunteer work days and more."
"I love history and the place is nice. I think that it should be kept up better though."
"Never stopped in yet. But plan on doing so, this vacation. Their work (in theses times) are so necessary. With the anti Trump ppl rewriting history. Same w Vietnam. Korea. These brave men deserve to b honored. And never forgotten. I wish they got more coverage in the local Brantley newspapers. Like upcoming memorial events! Etc. (having worked in that business, I know, u have to provide your own prepared copy/pictures.) God bless u."
