"The owners son Eric is a piece of work he wants everyone to clean their yard or get fined $100. But his yard is a nasty redneck mess. He takes a bath in his underware outside in a kiddie pool with young children playing outside, he has rigged the water pump so many times that it causes residents to be without water 2 to 3 times a week lately he called himself fixing the road two times with a rented tractor and it is still as bad as it was it will ruin you vehicle this is the worse place to live..."
"Love the landlord just make sure you driving through here with like a car with good suspension because the roads are absolutely horrible and they will tear up your vehicle and I don't know who you would call in order to get that fixed so just make sure you have a really high car nothing with bad shocks cuz you won't make it out they really need to do something about the roads it's really uncalled for"
