Marathon Gas

"This used to be a good gas station, but that was some time ago. I needed gas and the other gas stations where already packed, Now I see why. I walked in and asked for $30 on pump one, The cashier who was wearing a one-piece baby nighty sucked her teeth, well the ones she had left, and responded in an angry tone," OK....(Curse word) I NEED A BREAK. I wanted to say something, but I was like well life threw her this curve ball and I'm blessed and highly favored so moving on. I will not come back to this gas station, it has low-budget cashiers and managers and I'm not with that see yah...lol"

"This Is an unclean and unprofessional gas station. As I made my way to the door I observed trash everywhere. I proceeded inside greeting the cashier and manager, but my greeting was met upon death ears because neither the cashier nor the manager responded. I guess they were so engrossed in their personal conversation my greeting was not important. I decided to shake it off and continued on my way to the beer refrigerator to purchase myself an adult beverage. As I reach the front registers I sat my purchase on the countertop and and then asked the cashier for a product that was behind the register, but before I could a word out she says in a rude, unprofessional, and ghetto manner “first of all can I have your date of birthday,” I was so shocked at her demeanor that I almost forgot what it was that I wanted. Instead of telling her my birthday I proceeded to show her my ID which is the legal way of obtaining a customers date of birth which is set forth by law. After she looked at my ID she goes back to her conversation with the store manager and blocked me out as if I was invisible. I used my credit card to make the purchase so when I took my card out of the card reader I sat there and waited 2 mins for her to return back to the register from her conversation to finish the transaction. I was so upset that I told her I don’t need a receipt, just do better… I will be contacting their corporate office to let them know that their cashiers and manager are not in uniform, all personnel have rude attitudes, they do not greet customers as they enter the establishment, and they do not card customers who are purchasing adult beverages or tobacco products which is illegal. I will never come back to this gas station again they have officially lost me as a customer. I would rather give my business to Murphy’s or Circle K at least I know at those two establishments I will be treated as a valued customer."
