"Had engine replaced on my wife's van, very friendly and helpful staff. Only reason 1 star knocked off is I had to call to check in on updates when there was draw backs that happen."
"We have been using this shop for 7 years and referred several of our friends and family. However now the shop is under new ownership the garage is not the same. We brought our car there for skipping. We were advised to replace the coils and we did. We picked it up and the same issue occurred. We brought it back were advised it may have been a bad part it was repaired again. Then we brought it back at that time we were advised it needed a head job. $2100.00 . Then picked it up same thing. Then we were advised that it was the transmission. Then they called up back and said no it's the bottom of the engine and need to replace the whole engine. $1800 more paid and fixed. Then picked up and same issue we brought it for. Now they say transmission. So at this point I have no faith in the diagnostic ability of this shop and won't be returning."
"Has had my truck since August 18th and yet to look at it. Now, it’s a 1965 F250 that runs and is drivable, so I get it’s a classic, but I asked prior to taking it there if it was something they could handle and was told they had a mechanic perfect for the job and would be able to start on it in 2 weeks. What I was wanting was a mechanic to go through it and check everything out, i.e. brakes, filters, fluids, etc. I call weekly and get the same answer every time “We’re going to start on it Monday”. Well it’s been 9 Mondays and it still sits where it was dropped off."
"Dropped my car off for service work and had another issue brought to my attention while they were running the scan on my car, Eric and Erica showed me everything that needed to be done, quoted me a price and when I could pick it up, the only thing I can complain about was the price came up cheaper then originally thought and my car was ready 2 hrs earlier then scheduled!!! Great Place for all you car care needs!!"
"I left my truck at this shop expecting professional work but I feel that I didn’t not get it there. Left it for full ball joint and bushings replacement and alignment. They called me 4 days after they said it would be done and said it was ready and they would stay open late so I could pay and pick up my truck. Sounded good ,especially for the price I was paying. I got there and got under the truck the outer sway bar bushing was missing and on the opposite side I could unscrew the long bolt with my hand. I showed it to the guy and her agreed it needed to be fixed. The next day I pick it up and it was all replaced.Expecting they would discount my bill for pointing out their mistake but NO. The same week I drove the truck to statesboro with my wife and noticed the front driver side tire was leaking break fluid. All it needed was a quarter turn on a bolt to fix it. I did it myself. Also they cut my lower Control arms to get the ball joints out. Do not recommend this shop. High priced and unprofessional work."
