"We used to come here often. But because the restrooms are ALWAYS locked and off limits to the public, we go anywhere but here now. Nice tennis courts, great for little league baseball...unless someone has to go to the restroom that is. In my opinion they might as well shut it down because you can't have fun when you're trying to hold it."
"I didn't even know it was here. But I stumbled onto this park with a wrong turn. It has gorgeous birds for bird watching lovers, and soccer, baseball and a walk around area."
"It's better than nothing. It caters to kid's baseball. For that it's fine. The playground is old and minimal. There's a place for family gatherings but it's pointless because no bathrooms are available so you can't play or cookout for long. Needless to say there are no security cameras. The walking path around the pond would be ok and fishing might be nice but again there are no bathrooms. Well, there are bathrooms but they're always locked so it's impossible to walk or fish for long."
"I'm sorry to say and deeply saddened by the shape of our city as a whole the recreation department does a prime example of what seems to be a waste of taxpayers money aside from all the intake from all the other sporting events with baseball football soccer basketball so on and so on being things that you have to pay in order to one sign up for in Glennville and to have to also pay for uniforms and most of those Sports require you to buy and Supply your own equipment now something's understandably but if all that money is being paid in y is it that we always have the most plainest crappiest looking jerseys as opposed to all the other counties why is it that there's equipment out there that if a child what you play on better had a tetanus shot or risk losing whatever limb he cuts on the jungle gym lastly are rec department has little to no actual play ground yes it's got to slide in this a little one little castle looking thing and yeah it's got one jungle gym and yeah it's got the same swings it's been there for years we got a few tennis courts but the parking lot is not even painted okay and one of the actual field used it's actually not even a field foreplay it's just grass and dirt and rocks so I asked you where's the money why is it not being spent on the park cuz I can tell you the electric bill does not cost that much in this is only one one example of embezzlement fraud and misuse of taxpayers money in this city and also in the County and I'm tired of just sitting around and saying nothing my reputation already sucks that said I'll speak up with no one else will. Do better it's time for a change and Glenville and Tattnall County as a whole this needs to stop this isn't a recreation department if you want to take your kids to an actual playground you're better off going to the next County over don't stop there and don't waste your money on their Sports cuz you're only making someone very very rich while they still from tax-paying hard working people our kids deserve better this is exactly why I drugs have run rampid that become almost the only extracurricular that are young people have as a source of entertainment drugs and farmland that's all that's available in this County and City dude agreed and selfishness and old fashioned outdated thinking by the repeated elected officials from rigged elections. That's what I think of the recreation department sorry but the truth hurts that goes for the whole damn City sanitile left such a long review it's time for a change."
