"The actual service was good. The issue began when I booked an appointment and had it confirmed for one time and then 15 mins before my appointment time she moved it back two hours. I told her that wouldn’t work because I had to go into work. I haven’t heard from her since. I called and left a voicemail and texted her back. She ignored it and I had to hurry up and find someone else to do my daughters hair for school. It’s a very poor way to handle business and Mieka took zero accountability."
