"Went riding on 8-8-24 and happened to arrive at the same time as a few others. Good thing too because we had to pull about 10-15 trees of small trees, a couple weeks had to winch off the trail. About half the trail has areas covered in briars that extend into the trail. Other than that it was a good trail. There were some rutted areas but navigable. I would have made another lap but ran out of time from pulling trees and cutting some of the briars out of the way."
"This place has trees down all over it called the call before you haul hot line which has not bee. Updated since may said trail was open and it was but should not have been i made 1 loop and left rutted out there is no maintenance on these trails just beware before you go and get your self hurt"
"Nice are to ride out and back on a loop. Very easy to navigate. Trail needs work. 2 trees were down crossing the path. Multiple areas were dug out by tires and not passable. Riders started making new trails around the damaged area. A lot of limbs hanging in the path. Be prepared to set swatted. With a little maintenance it could be a great riding experience. Plus they are wanting to raise the rate from $5 to 10.. If you don’t maintain the trail now, raising the rate definitely not going to help bring more people in. Show that you take care of the trail then ask to raise. When people see that you maintain it they would mind an increase."
"Great trail for anyone above the beginner/novice level. If it were a perfect, level, and trimmed trail it would be boring and you might as well ride on a dirt road."
"***NOT MAINTAINED!!*** Massive ruts and trees which require detours. Definitely challenging and technical. First 3rd is probably the worst. The tail loop isn't so bad. After ducking under a couple trees, the last 3rd is the best. Beware of rutted out water hazard in the first mile. Recommend wearing long sleeves or risk getting torn up by briars and branches!"
