"worst nail and service ever!!!!!!!! One nail was completly crooked . I made the technitian aware of it . she tried to fix it but made it even worse . I told her that I am not happy . I have one crooked completly mishaped nail . I asked her again to fix it. The answer was she could not do it and what my problem is? Her statement was, it is just one nail that looks awefull!!! They did not offer to redo the mishaped nail to make prize I definetly DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE !!!!"

"I have tried a lot of nail salons, in Kingland and St. Mary's, and Kaizen Nails are the best. I have been a customer for a long time. They always do a fantastic job. The spa is very clean and talented. Whether you want a fill, dip, pedicure, or anything nail related, they can do it. They are very reasonably priced too. If you are going any where else to get your nails done, then you are missing out."

"Will not be back. They are very short with you. I felt like I barley had a massage with my pedicure. I was way over charged for my nails $73 for gel fill in with a very simple design. The fill is $45 no way should my cow print design be $28 for two fingers. Update since the owner replied. Charging people for 2 colors is absolutely ridiculous. I have never been charged this. I didn’t change the shape of my mail either. I kept it the same. Also I got a spa pedicure and yelling a customer to go somewhere else because they are unhappy with their service is not good business. Absolutely the worst customer service and my nails and toes are already chipping and I got gel. I can also see my old color on my nails. Will never go back. They will nickel and dime you for apparently everything and will not take ownership for their mistakes."

"Worst nail experience I’ve honestly ever had. I have been in now twice in the past week due to nails falling off. I should’ve listened to everyone else, but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and they FAILED. Tomorrow is my birthday and I now have 2 nails missing, so thank you, NOT! Do not recommend and there are only 2 people working always. Horrible experience."

"Very friendly, clean, and comfortable. There was a group of six of us without appointments. We went in the late afternoon for 3 mani-pedis, 1 dip mani, and 2 full-set gel mani’s. There were only 2 staff members there and they didn’t hesitate taking on the task of all of us and never rushed to get to the next and did an excellent job on all….When the other customer left we joked about having a private salon party and they made jokes and laughed right along with us! It was an awesome experience!!! Three weeks later and my full set is still on and so is the polish. I have never had a manicure that has held up so well!!! The photos were taken after 3 wks. definitely going back to have them filled!!!"
