"I definitely feel like I was overcharged. The website says an acrylic fill in starts at $35. I got a basic fill in, no design, regular polish color, nothing extra special. My nails were cut too short, one of them is not even, the man never even lined my nails up next to each other to see if they were even or not. The paint job is not the best. I was charged $50!!! I think that is not right considering I did nothing extra. I am not impressed at all. This was my first time going and don’t think I will be back."

"Sam did my pedicure and she was awesome! she was gentle. this was one of the best pedicure i ever received. (my very first visit to this nail salon) she also asked if i wanted my ingrown taken out before touching it. (never been asked before).. usually they would just remove it! loved it!"

"Despite the multiple bad reviews this place has on here already, me and my mother decided to give them the benefit of doubt and try them out anyways, since they were the only place open and accepting walk-ins on Sunday. The staff was friendly and the girl who helped me was kind and picked the exact colors I was looking for. But the set that I received is just awful. Multiple nails are angled at the top and not filed correctly and my actual nail is hanging out on every corner of the acrylics. I paid $60 for a full set of nails and gel polish plus the jewels on the middle fingers and I tipped the girl $5, but when I left and got a good look @ them, I realized just how bad the job was. I went back the day after (Monday) to try to get them fixed or get a refund and was told by the ladies working that they couldn’t help me and that I would have to see/speak with the owner, Nancy. One of the ladies did offer to paint the corners of my nails, that were showing under the acrylics. L O L! I politely declined. I asked when I could come back and speak with the owner and was told to come back the following day (Tuesday) . When I went in the second time, on Tuesday to see the owner, she ALSO only wanted to fill in the corners with polish to cover my natural nail. When I asked for a refund or to have them taken off and have them redone I was told no, that she would only “fix them” aka “fill the corners in with polish”. If it was one bad nail, or two that weren’t straight, it wouldn’t be a big deal. I’m not asking for a perfect set of nails, but they could have done a WAY better job. I’ve been getting my nails done for 15 years and this is absolutely THE WORST set of nails I’ve ever gotten. So disappointed. Le Nails, do better!!!"
