"I got my hair done In knotless braids the first time and they came out very pretty, the braiders are very professional and work very efficiently. Today I got a sewing and I love my hair. This is my go to shop in hinesville and I would always recommend this salon"
"I made a appoinment online for my 6 year old grandaughter for knotless. The online price quoted was 220.00. So I called and spoke with the owner Deborah, and she stated it will be cheaper for kids. She didnt give any other specifics on if there would be an upcharge on anything. Just stated it would be cheaper. She called the day before our appoinment asking could we change the time to 3:00 which I was ok with. We got to the appointment, and the stylist Alima was not there. She came 43 minutes after the scheduled appointment. Alima washed my grandaughters hair then took another 15 minute break. In a nutshell i was charged a 40.00 deposit which nowhere on website it states deposit, is not included in service. I was charged 220.00 plus the 40.00 deposit. When i called to speak to the owner about the price. Her explanation was the stylist said her hair was thick, but she had done her hair prior to this visit. Also, I told her that the stylist was late 43 minutes, and they should be offering a discount for that. Her explanation was alot of kids are getting their hair done. This shop is LACKING on CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The whole time I was voicing my concerns she agreed with me on all my points, but never once offered to give me any of my money back. She offered credit for the next visit. My grandaughter hair was done on Saturday, and today is Tuesday, and her hair is coming out. I would not recommend going to this salon."
