"Our daughter had a horrible event in life that caused her hair to become matted. She had Long beautiful curly hair that she loved and desperately wanted to save. I worked for hours trying to remove the knots before calling this salon in desperate need of help. We were told to come right in. Our saving grace was Crystal who gently worked to comb and detangle her hair for over three hours. Eventually we did have to cut it into a short Bob but she left with a beautiful cut! More importantly she was treated with compassion and kindness by the women at this salon, especially Crystal, in a time that her whole world had been shattered. I can not express my gratitude enough! Wonderful place, wonderful atmosphere, wonderful people!!"
