"My husband and I recently visited for him to get a haircut and had an extremely disappointing experience with Tiffany, the manager. Despite him just needing a quick cut, Tiffany was incredibly rude and dismissive. It was evident she did not care about providing good customer service since she had “been there since 8am”. We left extremely frustrated and will never return. A manager should NEVER raise their voice at customers. I advise others to seek out establishments that treat customers with respect and kindness."
