"I’ve been in the military since I was 17 (I’m 21 now) and have had this cut for the past 3 years. I knew my hair was too long for regulation BUT I also knew exactly how I wanted it. I asked him to cut A LITTLE off just to satisfy my 1SGT for the time being. I loved the “bang” or hang time over my forehead from my original style and didn’t want to change it. Basically I wanted a smaller version of what I already had. I stressed to him that I didn’t want a bunch taken off at all. He said okey. He proceeds to cut EVERYTHING. He went absolutely ham with the clippers. Hair was falling off in chunks. I stopped him in the middle of the cut and told him he cut way too much off and I didn’t want the front to be touched. He told me I was confused and I said I wanted a military cut but now I don’t and he was just following what I told him. After that little altercation, he said he wouldn’t take anymore of the told. Well, as you can guess, he took even more off. He also left the front way shorter than the rest of my hair so now it looks weird and sort of like a short box. I was so unhappy with my haircut. I tried to smile at the end and of course tipped him $5 on top of the $30 he charged me for this monstrosity. I can say that if I ever do come back, I DEFINITELY won’t go back to him. He had a good spirit and laughed a lot, but he doesn’t know how to follow directions."

"To say DJ got me right is an understatement! The crew was fun to talk to and be around, and it feels like hanging out with old friends. I drove about an hour to get my haircut here and it was well worth the drive. They also have excellent pricing and just such a good vibe. 11/10."
