All work was done in a timely manner and did not go over the provided estimate. Everyone I spoke to was professional and respectful. "I can't suggest First Class Auto Repair. I had a 1990 Chevrolet truck taken here August 30th because of the serpentine belt coming off. I needed the front accessory drive and door locks changed. I provided the parts. I also needed ac and odometer checked. I call September 2nd, I'm told accessory drive is on but needed electric fan and custom hoses then truck is ready. They had a used fan that fit but still needed to get hoses. I called September 7th to follow-up and hoses are ordered. I call again to follow-up September 15 and all hoses are on but they couldn't find fittings for aftermarket ac compressor. I asked about door locks and odometer. They didn't touch them yet because of the hose. What? I called the accessory drive company and was sent to VintageAir website for parts. I talked with the owner of First Class Auto Repair about this and he said he'll have someone look at the website. I called again September 17th to see if the website helped but no mechanic available. I asked for a callback, never called back. I called again September 21st and they said they are ordering parts. I called again September 28th and they got the parts but a part was wrong. I called September 30th and new part arrived but required NAPA auto parts to crimp new hose fitting. I asked about a quote for paint when I pick the truck up. Called again October 1st and they said the truck should be ready. I get a call later that day that NAPA won't crimp the hose. I say that's fine just finish the rest of the work and I'll get the truck. I get a call while on the way to get the truck that it's ready. I get there and no quote for paint. The door locks are not changed and odometer is not checked. I drive the truck 10 minutes from there and at idle the truck now runs hot. Worst experience I've had with a mechanic. They never updated me without me calling first or complete the work requested in over a month."
