"I had my daughter take her 3 little brothers for haircuts. We have always used the Great Clips in Hinesville with no issues but decided to give Jesup a try since they had a grand opening special going on but we will not be back. They didn't cut 2 of they boys hair the way they asked for it. 1 of them was very uneven and my daughter had to ask them to take another look at it. When she paid she didn't realize the system was different than the 1 in Hinesville and you tip per haircut instead of a total tip so she ended up putting in total tip and it charged it X's 3. She was told to wait around so they could see what they could do to fix it and after waiting around for 40 minutes told her they couldn't do anything about it and she was just out of the money. We will never again go back and I will make sure not to recommend to anyone who ask. My daughter said she has never encountered such a rude manager in her life and has never felt so intimidated. This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!"
