Days Inn by Wyndham Alma

"Hotel manager Harry Patel was very rude to me after I returned from dinner. He did not identify himself as the owner when he questioned me about whatI was looking looking for. I'd gone out for dinner and when I returned I was unable to find my room key in the 2024 car I was driving. He approached me rather aggressively and asked my room number. I asked why and that when he said he was the owner. I stated he should have identified himself before questioning me he replied I don't have to do anything. He then stormed off back to his room. As far as the room , the sheets and room were clean, the floors were new the bathroom remodeled and the decor nice. I wasn't sure how to take the large pic of the cotton fields hanging over the bed."

"My stay at this Days Inn was exceptional! The value is excellent for the price. This is a great and affordable hotel to stay at. I highly recommended! If I'm ever in town again I will be sure to stay here. Great service and especially the front desk staff made my trip a memorable experience. Definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting Alma."

"To be Avoid. Pay attention! I booked the hotel with Wyndham and when I went to the desk for check-in at 1:00 p.m., as agreed by phone, I asked for the keys to check my room before confirmation. The lady at the front desk who appears to be the owner was unhappy and immediately reposted telling me that check-in is at 3:00 p.m. Then she changed her mind and gave me the keys to see the room. Check-in is posted everywhere as 1:00 p.m. The lady tries to force me to take the room without being free in my choice. don't forget that we are in the US, Country of law and rights. Anyway, I took the room because I had to, it was Saturday, I don't think I would find a Motel with truck parking. Around 4 p.m. I started to take a shower, I notice that the bathtub is clogged. I went to front desk to change rooms or to fix the problem. The receptionist was negative and did not want to provide any solution. In the evening also I noticed blood stains on the bed cover. "Came with my husband from far for my birthday weekend ,I was planning on staying just one night bc I usually don’t stay at any days inn because I’ve had terrible experiences with almost all of them but it’s the only hotel in Alma so I had no choice as my family lives in the area. I was in room 203 & I have a service dog (Izzy) that was with me and most hotel staff isn’t friendly to my dog because she is very friendly and curious, however I had to get on here and leave a review because the housekeeper a sweet young lady was extremely friendly and was very sweet to my Izzy!! She even remembered her by name and would always say hey when she saw us walking Izzy outside!! She also made sure to say happy birthday and give us exceptional room service!! Room smelled so clean and I was so impressed I decided to stay another night! I will definitely be here again and will highly recommend this hotel to everyone I know near the area!! I did ask the sweet housekeeper for her name and she said GG! Thank you GG for making us feel welcome and attended to!!"

"This trip as been a nightmare, two nights for 200 dollar and not once have we been given actual service. No change of towels, hardly any soap, and the beds are hard as a rock making it hard to sleep at night. When we came back after our first day all our towels were gone so we had to get more. The only good thing I would consider here is the pool and even then it wasn’t enough compare to the awful service, or lack of."
