"If i could leave a 0 star review i would. You buy a pool with them and once they get your money they are done with you. We have called 3 different times to get a price to have the liner replaced to get told "we will call you back" or "we will email you a quote" and you never hear from them again. The caps on top of the pool broke within a year of having the pool and of course "that is not covered under warranty". If you want decent service run away from this place because as i said once they get your money they are DONE with you. Not to mention their employees are useless and clueless about anything you call about."

"It took us a year to decide to purchase our Bullfrog R5l hot tub. Within that time Nicole DeLoach patiently answered each and every question we had for her. She also gave us the information we needed to get our electric set up prior to ordering the tub we finally decided on. Our delivery and setup after purchase was quick and painless. The guys walked us through it all. And Nicole is available at any time during business hours to answer any questions we have or help solve any issues."
"I spoke to someone about redoing our pool. She told me to send pictures and a service man would be in contact. I sent the pictured and never heard back. I emailed again asking someone to please contact me. Still nothing. Very poor customer service. If you cannot do anything with my pool, at least give me the courtesy of a response so I'll know you received the pictures."
