"My visit was really good I have a emotional support dog I think that Arby's should come up with something to treat the dogs with other than that the staff was awesome food was great I'll definitely visit again"

"A friend of mine and I went to the drive thru today and got no reply or hello or anything so we drive around to see if they were closed. Nope there's a man coming out with food ( one of 4 cars in parking lot so not busy at all) so we went in. Stood there for at least a minute and a half watching staff walking around and standing around and not one person acknowledged our presence. Upon me asking " I'm sorry is there someone taking orders today?" A very unfriendly woman walked up and said um so you want me to take your order? My friend started to say our order and she cut him off to answer the drive thru headset after we had sat there in the drive thru for 2 minutes waiting and asking for assistance in the first place with no answer. We walked out. Horrendous service! I'll never go back or recommend anyone else go either."

"Janita at the register was amazing!! I had a small order and the fries were actually a good size. The bread is really good on the chicken sandwich. I never had Arby’s before but it’s pretty good!"
