"This place sucks I brought a membership and they took my money I paid $12.00 and they have a sale going for a $12.00 membership this wanna be manager says I paid $12.00 for a single was and I have proof from my credit that I paid for a membership trying to call cooperate nobody knows cooperate number they playing like they got amnesia I wish I could give them 0 stars it won't let me don't go there the other car wash down the road is much better and organized. DON'T LET THAT MEMBERSHIP PULL YOU IN THEY LIKE TO TAKE PEOPLE MONEY!!!!!!"

"Always love this carwash at the being then all of sudden car didn't look as good one day the young lady knocked the bucket over on my car and had an attitude, then still giving them chances the guy drop brush against car and some scratches yet still more chances, decided to get the pass since i go regularly a week car look pretty good went back in my SUV how bout something hit down on my top broke my phone antenna off luckily didn't hit my sunroof, the guy took pictures one was so ready go home he left in the middle of the conversation am like wow,left all information i had to call back myself so talk with a manager he explained the policy in which i understand but yet and still something came down on my vehicle he said not sure if anything will be done but am give all your information to the district manager this was on Thursday June 20,2024 still haven't heard a word back also when i call he was like i was just fix to call you but i promise i will get back with you nothing yet,so i decided to go back through on my membership in my car on June21,2024 when i tell you the the 2 young guys shot me through so fast the one on the right side didn't even spray the car down didn't even look like i had been through windshield even still dirty i will be calling Saturday canceling my membership hope the professional here will improve, atleast be true to your word and reach out to your customers. Also when i got my pass i explained to the manager i don't like for rhem to put the brush on my car before it goes through the tunnel case scratches up my car quote unquote oh sure we put stuff on your account so when you go through they guys will see it and not do those things he never put anything on my account even said yes sometime my guys go alittle to fast on the none members vehicle but am like why is that everyone spending their money now this was before i got my membership the service was still the same. Needed to add this for the owner just to comment back my 2003 is kept under a carport daily not exposed to weather if it was so bad they both would have broken it was knocked off thank you ."

"Car wash didn't even get all the dirt of the tires on the vehicle. Waste of $20. I had high hopes for this place and didn't want to listen to the negative posts on Facebook but it seems people are right Edit: For the owner who acts like people are fraudulent reviewers. The pictures were March 11th at 11:10am at the UPS office in Grovetown which I drove straight to after going through the "shine on" car wash and did not use the vacuums. "If I could leave zero stars I would. I hate to leave a bad review but here’s an honest one. Bought a very nice perfect condition used car and thought oh I’ll keep it nice by going through car wash and getting a monthly membership. Well the first time through it scratched my hood so deep it’s through the clear coat. Manager or possible owner blamed it on the dealership yet the scratches matched the brush pattern perfectly. Called many times to cancel never got anywhere so I went by finally to cancel and verified that they could turn brushes off and I’d run through one last time since I was there to cancel anyways. However the brushes were still on!!! And although they were, still in my white car still came out looking unwashed. Staff is nice but not helpful. Save your money and choose a different car wash. Even if you do have to drive."

"Best car wash in the town. What usually takes at least an hour to clean the outside of my truck with the mud etc. caked on, this place takes less than five minutes. I have had a Sparkle Express membership now for about six months and I’m swapping over due to the awesome job this car wash does. Highly recommend."
