"was traveling for a fun beach trip and my tire blew out, called them and they said they would be out to us in 30 minutes, 2 hours later called to find out they blocked my number and wouldn't answer my friends phone calls..... this place is very unprofessional and doesn't care about the customers and possible profits they could have made. shame."

He drove over 50 miles from their office in the middle of the night to change a tire for me after I had a flat on the interstate. "Negative 10 to the tenth power! This is the ABSOLUTE WORST Company we have used. A referral from Allstate took them 2 hours to pick up our vehicle. Then when they finally picked up our vehicle they took the key back to their office in Vidalia, they refused to take it back to the mechanic. What tow company takes the keys to a tow and makes the owner drive 80 plus miles for their mistake? Professionalism you have got to be kidding me. Told us they would take the key back the day after, but never did. Took us 2 days to get our key back, cost us so much extra time and money. Really...., they have got to have better than this in Vidalia? But AllState needs to Vet the companies they conduct business with better. Don't believe this bull in these reviews. Professionals never change their behavior regardless of the color, race, creed or orientation of their clients. Professionals are exactly that. This company, please......turn their service down, their tow will cost you a whole lot more than you want to risk. Cost us $150 to pick up the key, said they would mail our key, didn't even offer next day service. Just Horrible Customer Service!!! Smh, Their mistake and bad business practice was our fault. Really!!! Integrity is everthing!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!! After reading the other reviews it's a black business thing. That's fine too!"

"Simply outstanding service from Austin- clearly going above and beyond. We had a flat tire on I-16 and needed a tow 90 miles to Savannah. We could not find an Uber to drive my wife and I - so Austin and Allison arranged to have us ride with Allison in her car to Savannah following Austin carrying our car. We simply could not have done it without the incredible service and southern hospitality from Austin and Allison. They saved the day...."
