"Took my vehicle there for insurance repair on the Magician of family member who knew them said they did great work. Unfortunately, my family member has never had them do any actual work to their vehicle. This place is horrible and I mean horrible with a capital h. Took two almost three months for my vehicle to be repaired they missed dents on one side which now I can't claim because the insurance is paid and I missed it cuz I was sick I picked it up I didn't walk all the way around it my fault their fault both. I have one headlight that looks old and one that looks new I have one fog light it looks old and want to talk like looks new they could have at least done something about this for the price they got paid for the repair. My vehicle sat there until the battery went bad I had to buy a new battery it cut off on me right outside their gate yet Reggie did not even come out and check on me while I sit there for 45 minutes waiting on someone to bring a battery. That's just wonderful customer service sarcasm intended. But the most compelling argument for the one star review is that they had to take off one of my tires completely to do the repair therefore then the brake caliper when you do that you must believe the brakes that is why I was sitting outside nearly in the ditch of their gate because I didn't have any brakes. Seems they either don't know to do it or don't know how to bleed the brakes once they do a repair like that should be aware that you may die or have to have your truck put back in the shop again possibly if they do any kind of work where they must mess with the brakes of the tires. So overall my experience is horrible if I could give it zero Stars I would as I'm going to have to pay a shop to bleed my brakes now and I still have a dent on one side of my vehicle that was caused by the accident that should have been repaired. He could not keep help during this time. Now I probably know why as well as you do too now. As in the movie O Brother Where Art Thou do not see the treasure, or from Star Wars this is not the body shop you seek! If I had a time machine, I would go back and take it to another shop immediately. Never again!"

"Ordered parts same day I got estimate.took my truck next wk and he had me going in just a few day's.he done a real good job on my truck.i am real pleased with his work.i highly recommend him."

"Was told he would do a quote on my car.. kept it a week.. never did the quote and ignored my when I called.. had to use someone else phone to get him to answer.. should have just told me he was to busy.. very disappointed…!!"

"Not a good place to take your vehicle to. Would not recommend this place of business. We agreed upon a price to do a few extra things to my car only one got done and still got charged more than agreed and double charged for a part that wasn't put on my car that was billed on the the invoice. Never going back here again."
