"I went to get a wig due to hair loss from chemo. I was recently diagnosed a d started chemo just a week before. The lady who helped me was amazing. We tried on the “tester” wigs and picked out two we liked. She got the ones you can buy in the back. I purchased them, took them home. Went to try them on to show my two young daughters and one of them was the wrong color. It was a Friday so I took it back Monday. The store manager refused to take it back and refused to return my money. The nice lady that helped me pick it admitted her mistake and tried to stick up for me, but the manager said absolutely not. I asked if it was because of covid and she said this was her policy regardless of covid. I asked for a replacement wig and the nice lady thought that was a good idea and the manager still refused even though it was the stores mistake, not mine. I will not return and advise all cancer patients to look elsewhere for wigs. It is disappointing because we have very limited resources for cancer patients in our area. I drove thirty minutes to get there with a friend who knew it was going to be hard emotionally. I was so disappointed to have such a difficult experience. Had the manager at least been nice maybe I would have considered returning at some point."
