"Food is good and the workers who took my order and made them were overly nice. However while waiting on my to go order I had to sit and listen to the manager badgering and berating a member of the crew. It was so loud and disrespectful to the employee that I could hear it over the music even though I was next to a speaker. There were even comments of feeling as though the manager had to yell at her staff and demanded to be treated like something akin to a drill sergeant. These actions should not be take among staff, ESPECIALLY NOT IN PUBLIC! It felt as though she was publicly shaming an employee and my heart goes out to that young woman who was being berated."

"Five Guys is always a fun special treat. The food isn't cheap, but it is high quality, delicious, and very satisfying. You know the way you can finish a regular fast food burger and still feel a little hungry? That has never happened to us at Five Guys. The small single patty burger and 1 large order of fries to split is always plenty of food for me and my husband. Everyone at the Hinesville location is friendly and helpful. And there's always enough fries to take some home for a snack later (they crisp back up well in an oven or air fryer). I grew up on a cattle farm with an endless supply of fresh beef- so I'm discriminating about burgers. Never been disappointed with a Five Guys meal."

"Absolutely belligerent and ridiculous staff members, the old black guy making fries was rude and the manager wouldn’t say whether the location was franchise or corporate and wouldn’t even provide a name so I could complain to her higher ups. Crazy high prices and employees that don’t care about anyone but themselves means you should save your money. Go to wayback burgers instead"

"I used to work at this location and I’m very aware of how the product should taste - the fries are disgusting. They’re undercooked, not crispy and just disappointing. Whoever is doing the pre-cook on the fries is not doing it right! My burger was great. The customer service? It’s so DRY & unwelcoming. Not the welcoming vibe I’m used to when going into five guys. I’ll give them another shot, people have their off days but I’m really upset the fries are so disgusting on every visit."
