"0 if possible. They are selective on their hours of service. Open late and close early. Always out of everything. Poor leadership and planning. SLOWEST place ever. Spent 20 minutes in a drive thru for 1 burrito, only 2 cars ahead of me."

"The wait for food in the drive-thru was about 40 because of severe understaffing. Also last time I ordered food from here using Uber Eats the workers made sure to trap a FLY in the bag with my food and used the stickers to make sure it couldn't come out. I was surprised when I saw how "secure" they packed my food, only to realize their malicious intent. Don't order from here unless you want to wait a long time to really get that hunger amped up and to also of course be made into a joke when they pack your food like it's trash fed to a fly"

"Worst taco bell I've ever been to. They managed to stack my Gorditas from front to back, rather than bottom to top, not to mention they forgot key ingredients.. like meat.. I don't remember ordering a veggy Gordita. Staff all need retrained or fired. Are these the same kids that think they need a pay raise? Yall can't even build a taco."

"The service was so bad that I was reluctant to eat the food fearing food tampering, but I did anyway. The soft shells were hard, chewy and clearly stale. The food within it was room temperature. I didn't even get any sauce that I asked for. Hours later I was on the toilet with liquid diarrhea.... Drive the extra distance to Richmond Hill or Jesup if you want Taco Bell."

"I ordered two of the Catina Crispy tacos and this is what I got. Barely any ingredients. Then when I went back to Taco Bell to show the staff, the female that made them said this is how they are made. She didn’t want to help me and disappeared to the back. Another young man took the time to fix my order properly. In my opinion, the entire staff needs to be retrained. There’s a lack of professionalism."
