"for one, they didn't put the name in right, for two we were there for 30 minutes and waiting on two pizzas, multiple people behind us got their food before us. good food TERRIBLE customer service."

"They make really good pizza, but they are SO SLOW. I used their online order and after an hour and a half they still hadn't even started my order, and this happens regularly. It really is good pizza, but expect to spend at least 3 hours waiting."

"I honestly don't get little Caesar's often it's not my favorite pizza but I was driving by and decided to get it. the young man behind the counter was awesome. I always forget to get their names but he was a young black gentleman with braids I was there between 5 and 6 on July 7th. He was very happy and pleasant I asked a few questions he answered didn't have any issues answering my questions, he was also very nice to everybody else that came in and out. I know it's hard to find good help these days but he's definitely a keeper. I don't know if he was a manager but somebody needs to make him one if he's not"

"I didn’t know the app doesn’t update your location when you are in a different area. I mistakenly ordered at this location and have been calling this location for the past 45 minutes to cancel the order. They answered three times. The first two times the phone was picked up and they hung up and the third time a guy answered and immediately said Can out you on hold and did that without letting me speak and the phone hung up after he put me on hold… trying to call customer service is no help due to them not working the same operating hours as little Caesar’s… weird.."

"I just spent 50 dollars in pizza. Waited 2 hours for it to arrive and my kids were starving. We all took a bite and had to spit it back out because every pizza was undercooked and we got a mouth full of raw dough. I tried to call to make a complaint for an additional 2 hours and it just rang non stop and hung up every time. Very very disappointed and angry. My kids have no food and no one is even available to complain about this terrible experience."
