Huey Magoo's Chicken Tenders - Statesboro

"The food was very good. I went through the drive-thru, did not go inside. They were busy, and the service was very slow. Had there been an escape route from the drive thru lane I would have left. I ordered a chicken sandwich, which I like very much, no shortage of chicken on the sandwich. The fries were nothing special, just crinkle cut fries. The chicken sandwich meal without a drink was $9 something, almost $10. I would definitely go again but try to go at a less bust time."

"Both times I’ve come here have been great experiences. It is very clean inside, service is really good, and the food is bomb. I’d recommend dipping the tenders in the sweet heat sauce and finishing your meal with a banana pudding. The pudding is SO good."

"Order a buffalo chicken Sandwich with the chips n regular cheese sauce,didn’t get cheese sauce.had to go inside to get it. Went to eat it in our car and took a couple bites of my sandwich and got stabbed in my mouth later to find out it was a tooth pick. It was side ways not up and down.sideways threw one bun, it was pushed completely inside the bun you couldn’t see it! This was our very first time here today and very disappointed and will be the last time.the tooth pick cut open my mouth and was spitting a lot of blood out, finally got the bleeding under control and went inside to the the manager on duty and explained what happened and she said that’s how we do it. I said oh threw the bun where you can’t see it.she had no concerns about about what happened to me.will be calling tomorrow to talk to regional manager. So I walked out to the car and tried calling regional manager, talked to someone and was told call tomorrow"

"We absoutely have loved going to Huey Magoo’s! We go at least once a week. However, tonight we were disappointed. We decided to change our order to grilled instead of fried chicken and the proportion of grilled chicken was upsetting. The grilled chicken breast were so tiny! They were half the size of the fried chicken and it cost us the same! Hopefully this was just a one time thing. The service has been phenomenal every time we have gone. Everyone has been so kind and asks us how are food was, but this time we did not sit inside and did not realize the proportion until we got home. I compared it to the fries on our plate for detail."

"Ate here twice this week!! Delicious tenders! Try them with the nachos cheese sauce to dip. My second visit I used the drive thru. I don't know the young lady name, but her energy was great! She gave my son an apple juice and was so full of energy!!"
