"The buildings are fine, seem to be fairly air tight. No leaks. I give one star because customers are made to pay for insurance, that keeps going up as well as the rental fee. Ive been a customer for little more than a year and the rent has went up a few too many times within a short period!! Im not getting any more for my money for the same small unit at nearly $100 a month as i was at $50 when i first rented it. Not happy at all!!"
