"Very disappointed in the car wash I received. It was supposed to be a detail but I wouldn't call it that. My truck had tree residue on it so I knew it would cost more, the girl checking me in said it would take several hours, it took an hour and a half, kind of suspicious. When I picked up my truck the rear seat was up and have not been put down and it was not cleaned, I had to ask them to clean it, I told the girl who checked me in that the items in the front seat could be moved to clean the seat which was not done, so the leather treatment I was supposed to have gotten was only done on half of my truck, if it was done at all, both bumpers were still dirty, there was over spray on everything, the mats were not moved to vacuum the carpet and I had to clean around the window trim, I spent 30 minutes cleaning my truck after paying over $100. I have taken my other truck there last year and they did a good job. It looks like the quality of the work has gone down hill recently. I wish I had read the reviews before taking my truck there. I won't be back."

"I called the day before taking my car due to the extremely bad condition of the car. Someone got sick and threw up all the inside of my door. I dropped my car off at 9:30 and left it for the entire day. When I dropped off, I specifically stated that the main reason for the detail was for the interior (primarily the throw up, obviously) and asked for the seats to be shampooed as well. I paid the 140$ (over 3x the cost of a normal detail), plus tip, only to find major streaks of throw up on the passenger seat and residue STILL all over the inside of the door. Seems like they didn’t even actually shampoo the seats. They did surface level cleaning for literal vomit and charged me extra for the inconvenience. I came back the next day and received attitude from the older woman manager who brushed me off and made me go show the worker everything they missed. The worker did not offer to finish the job, but made me tell him everything he missed as if it wasn’t clear as day from looking at the back seat, and still did a half effort job (wiping it with a dry cloth) for the 15 seconds that he looked at it. My fiancé is currently finishing their job. This place has detail in the name, but doesn’t do a good job with the details. If you have an actual mess (not just going for a literal car wash) I would not come here."

"I was excited to get my car detailed here after hearing about their prices but once the receptionist referred to the workers as "hoodlums" I was immediately disgusted. Yes, she was. And yes, the workers were. If you understand what that means, you definitely shouldn't be supporting this business. Respectfully."

"Got a price over the phone for a full detail on a mid size suv of $140… price was $265 when I picked up my car. I had sticker shock but paid it. Drove the car to and from work with it being always kept in a garage- realized a few days later that my cover for the navigation system on top was gone… broken from the screws holding it on. Called the detail shop since it had been no where else. They said they had video footage but saw no issues. Husband went to view the footage and they were viewing a completely different car- but footage was blurry and difficult to view. They would not own up to the damage we are certain occurred with a wand type brush. Now we are left to repair the damage and paid almost double the quoted cost. BEWARE of this company. It cost us much more than we ever expected for a car cleaning."

"Tried this detailing place at a friend's recommendation. I was not blown away. We dropped off the van at 8:30 Saturday morning and it wasn't ready until 5:40 (we were the 5th car in line). We got a full detail on an already pretty clean car so I understand it can take a while. I give it 2 stars because they didn't finish buffing the top of the van . I was going to leave 3 stars until I read in other comments this is a reaccuring issue. The engine clean was included in this package and when I opened the hood at home that evening, I had to reattach the air intake as it was on the other side of the engine. I would've thought they would take better care to double check these things. The sides of the van and tires are super shiny and the inside carpet is clean. Unsure if we will be returning customers."
