"DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, GO TO A CORPORATE STORE!!!! We went in looking to add a line and the associate convinced us to get two upgrades, two new tablets, and two new watches (we weren't even looking for or asking about any of those!!) and swore that with promo credits and signing up for a $12 AARP membership, that our bill would be about the same as it had been, and that the first bill might be a little higher than normal until all of the credits were applied. 4 months later, and my bill has been almost double every single month, and AT&T won't do anything about it because this store is not a corporate store, and the store can't really do anything about it because they don't have the authority to do anything because they are not a corporate store. I even went back up to the store a few days later to make sure that it wasn't too good to be true so that I wouldn't be stuck with stuff, and the associate assured me that everything would eventually level out, but here we are 4 months later, and it still hasn't leveled out. My bill has been so high every month since then, that I haven't been able to afford to pay the bill without being disconnected each month, so now I've been forced to leave my services disconnected and go with Verizon, leaving a $1500 bill from AT&T on my credit all because some young associate wanted to rack up commission from getting new sales. In addition to the above clusterfuk, I've had a phone on my account (s22 ultra) that hasn't wanted to connect to the network ever since they insisted that we switch to esim when we upgraded and swapped phones around on our account. Their suggested solution was to "just upgrade" and not looking at why a perfectly good phone with payments still left on it wasn't working properly. They even tried to charge me $5 for a physical Sim card when the tech with customer service suggested I try switching back to a physical Sim card. Just avoid this store, go to Newnan instead, because they're an actual corporate store. Don't waste your time going to the Bremen store, because they're even worse than the Carrollton store."

I got my new iPad, upgraded my internet speed at a lower price, he found me a discount for an Apple Pencil too! He was so patient and careful to explain everything. If you need ANYTHING, come to this store. Jordan is your guy! Thank you for everything!!"

"I live in the woods. Cell phone service was the pits until we got AT&T. Just upgraded mine and granddaughters phone with Anthony. What a change in this store over the years. Anthony was super and answered all my many questions with speed. I higher recommend you checking them out! The store is so neat and clean now too!!!"
