"If your looking for customer service at the counter then forget it. The woman that drives the F250 and is always there, needs to be on medication. She is the most rude person that's works and resides in all of Franklin. I would much rather have a run in with an IRS tax collector then to deal with her. They offer counter service, retail sales and tank refills but there is never anyone there that can help. She,so about as worthless as sandpaper in an outhouse."
