"The riding trails are great, but the road getting into the trailhead needs A LOT of work!!"

"Always a nice place to go .sometimes it gets crowded with people and bikes but there enjoying the weather just as I am ."
"I had to travel to Calhoun GA and decided to check out this trail system on my visit. I don't think Dry Creek is dedicated-destination-travel-worthy trail but if you're a local, it's a great bit of track to get fit. While there's moderate climbing on this trail, it's gentle-rolling and non-technical, so none of the uphills really hurt that bad. Though the terrain is intermediate, I would only bring a enthusiastic intermediate rider to Dry Creek as the trails didn't seem well groomed and the thorny bushes were not cut back. I enjoyed the Mount Joy trail the best for it's flow and wide open views. On my visit in early June, the spider webs drove me crazy (I was obviously the first rider on the trail that morning) and I had to avoid a lot of horse $#!T on Wheat. Overall, it was a good experience - I always appreciate getting to know a new trail but I don't think I'd go again. The trail features were too mellow and any speed you picked up on the flowy trails was discouraged by the thorny overgrowth and horse manure. Note that the daily park fee is $5.00/day. You put the cash in an envelope and deposit it into a metal box. Also the road into the parking lot is a dirt road. If you drive a slammed sports car, be forewarned."
