"I recently visited Valvoline for a routine oil change, but the experience was anything but satisfactory. First, they overfilled my engine with oil, which could have caused significant damage had I not noticed it soon after. This basic mistake is unacceptable from a professional service provider. To make matters worse, the oil filter was left loose. This led to an oil leak that I discovered only after noticing oil spots on my driveway. I had to make an additional trip to a different mechanic to rectify these issues, incurring extra time and expense. Overall, Valvoline's lack of attention to detail and poor service has left me extremely disappointed. I won't be returning and would advise others to be cautious when considering their services."

"Great staff, very friendly, and very helpful. One of the staff members, Darnell, was super nice and welcoming. Walked me through the oil change and helped me with some coupons so I can save money too. The other staff members that surrounded him were also great. I don’t know much about cars and I had a question about the oil change and I asked one of the other members and they were super helpful and answered the question perfectly and was very polite about it. Great place. Been going many times now."

"The service team went ABOVE & BEYOND to accommodate my request for an oil change as I was traveling 4 hours the next day to return home and didn't want to come back out for an oil change the next morning. Although they technically closed at 7pm, the manager could see I was a tad stressed I had missed the service window, arriving at 7:05pm. He gave me a break and told me to drive into the open bay. Every one was super nice, patient, and the manager even stayed longer when he realized my skid plate had come loose. He worked to tighten the screws he could, and added zip ties all the way around to endure a safe ride home. I didn't ask him to do this. He was proactive, saw an issue, and did his best to fix what he could. These guys are professional and kind and if I'm back in town, I would definitely use them again."
