"Watch your charges when playing lotto! If you stop in to buy lotto and all you have is your debit card they will charge you $1 to use the debit card which is fine. What isn't fine is that they tell you that after you buy $5 worth of lotto it will be $6 (still all well and good I understand they have to pay less than 2.5% of the total charge to be able to swipe through card which is a business expense I understand passing along. On this total, pennies ) and then charge you $9 and do not give you a receipt so you only notice while checking something unrelated on your card the next day. I paid $9 for $5 worth of lotto. This behaviour makes me nervous to use my card at this store and others should beware."

"Told i had to spend at least $3 in order to be able to use my card at their store. I have lupus, I'm on an immunosuppressant med and its a pandemic so I've been quarantined since March and lost my job. Im glad they can so easy shun a few dollars but some of us aren't so lucky right now and have lost our jobs. Its humiliating. Im sick of this everywhere. You've been reported to visa/Mastercard where you KNOW you can not do this per your contract nor can you charge a maximum or a fee to use our debit cards. My $2 is as good as anyone else's $10. Youre more than willing to take the $1.50 from the drunk sitting outside openly drinking a beer in front of your store at 6am."

"Most of the people that go in there to play the machines smoke cigarettes which there's nothing wrong with that at all I just wish that this store wouldn't let them smoke inside the store while they're playing. sometimes you can go inside the store and you'll think you're at a pool hall due to the amount of cigarette smoke in the air. Stop letting people smoke inside the store."
