Checkers 1918 Memorial Drive, Waycross, GA 31501

"Piss poor. Wasn’t able or willing to complete an order I placed via the app. I arrived at the store and the supervisor stated they were closing early. Now my refund is in limbo and the Waycross store isn’t answering calls. 7/19/2024. Waiting for my refund. It’s been a week. I’ve called and left a message at the Waycross location. I’ve contacted customer service but they were about as helpful as Austin the “supervisor”."

"Manger on night shift didn’t care about any of his customers I preferred my food through drive thru I had to wait for my order because there wasn’t no hamburger meat. my milkshake was watered down he told me there wasn’t anything he can do about my milkshake. he had me parked to wait n when my order was ready he told me to come back through the drive thru to get my order this was at 11:47pm around that time. Out of my 10years of being a manager at any fast food restaurant this is the worst experience I’ve had… needs a new night shift manager that stays on the workers to do their job.. was not busy at all…."

"Okay Checkers is one of my favorite places to eat I love the Big Buford combos although the new Buford bites well not really to my taste I mean they taste all right but just not really my thing to each his own on that anyways I love eating from checkers their sandwiches are excellent and I love the fries"

"I've been coming here for years on special occasions to get the cool drinks and they are always good. Recently been eating their burgers and they are also very good."

"I ordered last night from there…. The milkshake taste like whip cream It wasn’t a milkshake. It was just cream. And the chicken sandwich was old And not fresh. Was very saddened by this because I’ve never gotten food like this before from checkers. I won’t be going again."
