"Monica at the drive thru was rude when I told her I ordered unsweet tea. Assistant manager, who would not give me her name , brought our food to car. I was told to pull up so I pulled around to the front curb. She came out and said not to park there again because they would not be liable if I go around the corner. I called and asked for a manager and I talked with the assistant manager, the same one that brought my food out to the car. oh, there are no signs telling customers where to pull up or wait on an order."

"Original bacon chicken cheese tasted great, but the fries, as usual, were stale and cold, which leaves the rating a 3. Fast food chains need to realize that they are no longer affordable but are overpriced, so they need to be held accountable for the food they serve. If I go back, I will be sure to send back the stale fries and have them cooked fresh. There is no excuse anymore for sending out bad food."

"The manager and head cook at Popeyes were outstanding. I was in a bind and needed 100 pieces of chicken for a church lunch, and they made it happen within 30 minutes. Their exceptional service and quick response saved the day. Thank you!"

"I placed an order for delivery but never got it. The door dash driver said he delivered it but did not. Also had brought my Wendy's order ice cold from a previous order. Then, door dash reorders and the store cancels it but no one knows why. Door dash customer service was no help and rude. Then Popeyes never answers the phone. Not worth the frustration. Better to eat a cup of ramen than deal with these people. Will NEVER order from them again and will never use door dash either."

"Exactly how old are these tenders?!? The grease has even soaked into the batter. They have been sitting under the heat light all day. Manager has yet to contact me regarding the issue. You can’t keep a straight face and tell me these are fresh. The quality of food and service is deplorable."
